Why SEBS Honors?

The SEBS General Honors Program is an interdisciplinary community where academically accelerated students gain heightened access to faculty and smaller classes, build a network of personal and professional connections and enjoy a focus on the student experience. This includes a flexible approach to residential living, dedicated study and social space at Waller Hall, and early exposure to research lab experiences.

The emphasis on the student experience is made through these honors program benefits:

With fewer than 200 students, the SEBS General Honors Program makes it easy to get to know classmates and find potential leadership roles in a safe setting. Our location on the beautiful Cook-Douglass Campus creates a remarkable environment both for learning and living within a tightly knit community that cares, while still maintaining an easy connection to the entirety of Rutgers as a world-class university. All the benefits of Rutgers in a small community that cares about you.
